Scentsy online fundraiser.

Another one! Our Scentsy gal has started up an online fundraiser also.

Once you have gotten to the website you can select a party and from there choose the Jaarsma fundraiser!!

Adoption Timeline

Nov 9/12 - received 1st test result confirming infertility

Dec 4/12 - received 2nd test result, referred to specialist

Christmas 2012 - started looking into adoption

Jan/Feb 2013 - chose to adopt from USA, started contacting adoption agencies to chose one

Feb 15/13 - chose agency

Feb 19/13 - applied to Social Services (SS) for International adoption

Mar 6/13 - approved by SS

Mar 12/13 - specialist appt, confirmed CAVD

Mar - June/13 - waiting for agency to open to Canadians

July 2/13 - home study begins

Oct 1/13 - completed home study, dropped off dossier at SS, phone consultation with adoption agency in USA

Oct 13/13- dossier arrived in Florida, documents accepted, put onto wait list

Jan 22/14- placed on active wait list!

Sept 4/14 - home study update

Sept 15/14- update to SS

Sept 23/14- update sent to agency

Oct 1/14 - update received by agency

June 3/15 - child proposal received and accepted for baby boy due July 22/15

August 4/15 - Match for baby boy fell through

August 5/15- Actively waiting for another match

Oct 22/15 - child proposal received and accepted for baby boy due Nov 29/15

Nov 6/15 - Jonah Samuel born!

Nov 8/15 - birthmom signed the papers! HE'S OURS!

May 4/16 - Adoption finalized!
